What do you do with my email?

Only send you The Headroom. The data controller is Andrea Simoncini, Bologna, Italy. Questions or requests: headroom@creativesum.com.

We store your email address, and only after you confirm it from the link we send you. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a). Our server also keeps IP addresses in its logs for a few weeks, to block abuse.

The list lives on Resend, the service that delivers the emails for us, which may process it outside the EU under the EU standard contractual clauses. Nobody else gets it, and we never sell or share it.

We keep your address until you unsubscribe, with the link in every issue. After that it stays marked as unsubscribed, so you never get mail again: write to us to have it deleted entirely. You can also ask to see or correct your data, and complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
